I pre-ordered Tamiya’s new 1/32 P-51D Mustang this afternoon.
I told myself I wouldn’t. But then I started seeing the sprue shots, reading initial impressions. I got to actually handle some of the test sprues in person at King’s Hobby. And then I started building Tamiya’s epic Spitfire Mk.VIII.
This pony is supposed to hit sometime this month, and I’ve read that Great Models is actually already receiving a few. If I’m done with the Spit when this thing arrives, though, it may well be my next build. It’d be nice to bust out with a first-ish build of a kit for a change.
In the meantime, gorgeous images of what to expect.
