Video Review – Tanmodel 1/48 RF-84F Thunderflash

Tanmodel (read my interview with founder Baris Tansoy) was kind enough to send me a review sample of their new 1/48 RF-84F Thunderflash, and I decided what the hell, let’s do it up as a video.

Instead of the usual blathering while flipping through sprues, I decided to take it a bit further, with comparisons of the kit parts to 1:1 RF-84s, as well as a test-fit to give a sense of how the kit comes together.

Take a look! Part 1 is largely context and setup, and Part 2 is focused on looking at the kit itself.

Great job. I wasn’t fond of video preview/review so far, but yours changed that opinion.

A logic structure, excellent and clear closeup shots on the sprues, test-fitting the main assembly and to-the-points comments make it super worthwhile. Not being a native English speaker I did have a bit of a hard time understanding all your remarks perfectly the first time, so a slightly slower narrative pace would be about my only suggestion for improvement.
